Do I need to be divorced to work with you?
Absolutely not! Whilst my core clientele and speciality are women coming out of divorce, my training and qualifications provide me with the skills to support anyone who deeply desires change and are wanting to 'level up' their life.
I feel lost and unmotivated. Can you help me with that?
I hear you and this is something I love to tackle with my clients. Together we will uncover your blocks, develop your mindset and get you moving towards a more motivated and empowered you. I will guide you to become your own biggest fan.
What areas of my life can you help me with?
Just about anything you deeply desire change in! During our series together you will set yourself 2 to 3 different goals that can cover anything from career aspirations, becoming financially informed, being a better co-parent or ridding yourself of your inner mean girl.
I've just come out of my marriage and I don't know what to do next...
This is my speciality because I've been where you are. I have felt all the fear, confusion and overwhelm. We will unpack these types of emotions and take the steps that will have you creating a life filled with joy, calm and alignment.

This resonates deeply with me and is something I love exploring with my clients. The missing something is inevitably your 'mojo' and together, we will deep dive into your inner most desires, aspirations and passions so we can find your inner spark and bring your magic back to life.
Can you help me find my purpose?
Through powerful questioning, we will uncover what really lights you up and discover what serves you in your life and what doesn't. While we may not find your purpose per se, we sure as heck are going to have you trusting in your magic and have you thriving, not just surviving.
What's the difference between a Life Coach and a Therapist?
My role as a Life Coach is to support you moving forward rather than deep diving into the past. Of course we reflect on emotional challenges & struggles, but using a results driven and heart centred approach ensures our focus is always on how we can move you through them, over them and resolve them.
I want a quick fix and be told what to do. Can you do that for me?
There are no quick fixes with this kind of work - if only there was!! It takes commitment to yourself, your mindset, being honest, vulnerable and most of all, have a willingness to make change. If you're not prepared to do things differently, then working with me isn't for you.
What types of resources do you use to support me during coaching?
Depending on what area's we are working on, I use a number of different modalities from breath techniques to hypnotherapy while also exploring helpful and thought provoking tools such as journalling and worksheets.
Do you only offer your sessions via Zoom or do you do in-person as well?
At this stage, I only have the capacity to offer coaching sessions via Zoom to ensure complete privacy and focus during our sessions together. I do hope to have a private studio in the near future, at which time I will be excited to offer in-person sessions to clients located in Brisbane.
